When you’ve told us that a certain period is going to be stressful, we take heed and watch our daily interactions with our staff and clients and put things in place to minimize problems. 

Also, you’ve said that certain times are not good for our health, again you’ve been spot on with your predictions.  Now I understand that it just means our reserves may be low or we may catch colds or the like and having the warning from you gives us time to build up our health or to take holidays when you tell us things may not be so good.

I will continue to have our readings every year so we know what is ahead for us and plan for upcoming good times and not so good times.
